1. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Product must be unworn (tried indoors only) 

• Returned in original packaging (box, tags, inserts) 

• Request raised within 7 days of delivery 

• Clear sole images required for approval 

Process:

• First exchange is free across India 

• Reverse pickup arranged (₹300 reimbursement if unavailable) 

• Exchange subject to stock availability 

• If unavailable → full store credit issued 

Timeline:
Exchange dispatched within 2–3 working days after quality check.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery under the same conditions.

Options after approval:

Store Credit (Recommended)

• Full order value credited 

• Valid for all future purchases 

• Issued within 24 hours after quality check 

Bank Refund

• Only applicable on full-price orders 

• ₹199 restocking fee per pair 

• Processed within 10–14 working days after approval 

Note: Discounted orders are eligible for store credit only.

3. Non-Acceptable Returns

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product:

• Shows signs of wear or outdoor use 

• Is damaged due to misuse 

• Is returned without original packaging 

• Exceeds the 7-day window 

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom / made-to-order footwear 

• Special sizes (limited production) 

5. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery 

• Share unboxing video + images 

We will offer a free replacement or full refund (no deductions).

6. Warranty

All Cobbler & Co. footwear comes with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects (stitching, sole, structure).

Does not cover wear & tear, water damage, or misuse.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only 

• Once shipped, standard return policy applies 

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation 

8. Shipping

• All products are handmade. 

• Dispatch within 2–5 working days 

• Delivery within 5–7 days after dispatch 

• Free shipping across India
