At Cobbler & Co, every pair of our luxury formal shoes and sandals is crafted with precision and care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders within India and internationally.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order or handcrafted styles may require an additional 5–10 working days before dispatch.

  • Production and dispatch timelines are displayed on individual product pages wherever applicable.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Charges

We offer FREE standard shipping across India on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery within India.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for select locations at an additional charge.

To ensure reliable delivery, Cobbler & Co works with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Other reputed logistics providers

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability.


Taxes

All prices displayed on the Cobbler & Co website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

No additional GST will be charged at checkout for domestic orders.


International Shipping

We proudly ship to selected international destinations.

All international orders are dispatched from India.


Processing & Delivery

International orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed during checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Local courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Any promotional free shipping offers apply only where specifically stated.

Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, return of the shipment, or abandonment by customs authorities.


Customs Delays & Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import laws of their destination country.

Cobbler & Co is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Shipment refusals

  • Import restrictions

  • Seizure by customs authorities

  • Additional customs charges

Where a shipment is returned or confiscated due to customs regulations or unpaid duties, shipping charges and related costs are non-refundable.


Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • An unboxing video (where available)

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, as applicable.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


International Returns

Due to the nature and cost of international shipping, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Incorrect size

  • Fit preference

  • Change of mind

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
